Order confirmation

When you place an order from the AVA site, and we have approved your payment details, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address you provide in your order. If you do not receive this email within 2 working days, please contact sales@avabooks.com.

Availability

All items advertised on this website are strictly subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

• We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
• We are unable to deliver to your area; or
• One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error; or
• Your payment is not authorised or is refused.

If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. If you have any queries regarding availability, please contact sales@avabooks.com.

Cancelling orders

You may cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched for delivery. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Returns

Once your order has been despatched, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the items have not been removed from their packaging. Once your order has been returned, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. To make a return, please contact sales@avabooks.com.

Late delivery

We will try to deliver your goods within 14 days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only. If you are concerned about your delivery, please contact sales@avabooks.com.
